      • In client’s home or at a nearby park

      • Trainer brings any necessary equipment client doesn’t already have

      • Focused around clients goals

    • Small Group Training

      • Same as above except can be 2-3 people for only $5 extra per person (great way to split training cost with friends/family)

    • Custom workout plans

    • Zoom Training

      • Similar to in-person training but over video call

      • Live session with trainer

      • Custom to client’s goals

      • Can be one-on-one training or small group (up to 3)

    • Custom workout plans

      • through user friendly app with video examples for exercises

      • Weekly check-ins for accountability and to adjust program if needed
